Migrant Workers: Thriving or Surviving?

They move with their families, all of them getting involved as labourers. Some send their children to school while others do not. Even children who go to school have to bear the burden of their parents shifting from place-to-place.

Migrant workers usually do not have any kind of social security, insurance or other support from their employers. Conditions of work, wages, job availability decides where they will move next

One migrates in an aspiration of a better life but ultimately survival becomes their basic need.

Migrant workers are in desperate need of governmental and non-governmental interventions.
